A 2-day workshop is scheduled to prepare CPC’s to pass the AAPC’s ICD-10 Proficiency Exam. The exam is non-proctored and can be taken online at www.aapc.com Earn 14 CEU’s and prepare to take the next step in your professional development as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). All are welcome to attend, this is not limited to certified coders.

Course materials: Each attendee will receive a complete workbook covering the guidelines, detailed explanations and examples, and quizzes for all 21 Chapters of ICD-10.

Come prepared: bring an assortment of highlighters and tabs to mark the most important pages of your book and prepare for the exam.

Lunch: on your own, bring a brown bag or buy at nearby restaurants

Parking: Parking is available free of charge

Earn CEU’s: This workshop has been approved for 14 CEU’s by AAPC

Workshop format: Each Chapter will be reviewed using the Official Guidelines, Tabular lists, top 50 most often reported codes, and a quiz. Real examples will be used from the AAPC’s training material to give students a realistic experience that will simulate the AAPC’s proficiency exam.

Registration is limited to the first 25 students. Future workshops will be scheduled.
